You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The Peshawari Chappal is unused and unworn
The product is returned in original condition, including box and tags
The request is for size adjustment or article change
🛑 Exchanges are not applicable for worn, altered, or custom-made leather chappals.
The following are not eligible for exchange:
Discounted or sale items
Used or damaged leather chappals
Items returned without original packaging
Products already exchanged once
To initiate an exchange:
Contact us on WhatsApp 0304-5122012 within 7 days of delivery
Share your Order Number and exchange reason
Our team will guide you through the return process
Once the item is received and approved, a replacement will be dispatched (subject to stock availability)
📦 Courier charges for exchange will be paid by the customer
If you receive:
A wrong Peshawari Chappal
A damaged product
A manufacturing defect
Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
After verification, HamaLeather will replace the item free of cost.
HamaLeather follows a strict No Refund Policy. Refunds are only processed in rare situations, such as:
The ordered chappal is out of stock after confirmation
The product is delivered in a severely damaged condition and cannot be replaced
Approved refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa within 5–7 working days.
All exchanges are subject to product inspection
If the desired size or article is unavailable, we may offer:
An alternate design
A store voucher of equal value
HamaLeather reserves the right to accept or decline any exchange request
